This is a contract role for a Mentor & Companion. As a Mentor & Companion you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to adolescents and adults. We support our clients with a holistic approach focusing on the following areas: relational skills emotional intelligence physical wellness spirituality educational/occupational development financial wellness as well as substance abuse and recovery support.
Requirements
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide emotional support and guidance
- Understanding of mental & behavioral health
- Ability to create a safe and nurturing environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Education or related field
