Heres what were looking for:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Youre a seasoned developer with at least 3 years of experience in React Node.js and TypeScript. Bonus points for Next.js or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications is a MUST. While experience with smart contract development is a plus its not mandatory for this specific role.
  • Familiarity with Solana and its development environment will be a major advantage.
• Team Player:
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment with excellent communication skills (English is a must).
  • You have a thirst for learning and a passion for pushing boundaries.
• Bonus Points:
  • A CS degree or similar background from a top university is a plus.
  • Experience with Firebase is a perk.
