We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Experience: Minimum 5 year of experience in Life Insurance
- CTC Bracket: upto 8 LPA
- Should be from Agency or Banca (stable work exp)
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Hyderabad Telangana
- Applicant must be a localite
- Must a have a two wheeler
You will be responsible for:
- Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of Advisor Retention Manager
- Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of Advisor Retention Manager.
- Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
- Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.
- Training and Development of the team of advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.
- Drive advisor attendance in Trainings .
- Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving roadblocks faced by team of Advisor Retention Manager.
