Job Description:

• Experience in system testing
• Experience in validation of Infotainment ( Media Bluetooth Projection (Android Auto Apple Car play Navigation Tuner Bluetooth)
• Experience in validation of Instrument cluster features and functional
• Experience in CAN protocol
• Hands on experience in Vector tools other equivalent tools
• Experience in UDS(ISO 14229)
• Hands on experience in JIRA or other equivalent defect tracking tools
• Experience in CAPL Scripting and Developing CAPL scripts or python to automate testing(Optional).
• Experience in HIL Testing
• Design and develop HIL test systems and hardware interfaces for automotive ECUs including signal conditioning power distribution and data acquisition subsystems.
• Select appropriate hardware components including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) data acquisition units and simulation modules based on project requirements and performance criteria.
• Develop and implement custom test scenarios models and simulations to validate ECU functionality and performance in a virtual environment.
• Integrate HIL test systems with software tools and test automation frameworks to enable automated test execution and data analysis.
• Experience in testcase preparation.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in HIL test system design and development preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in hardware design tools and software such as MATLAB/Simulink LabVIEW and FPGA programming.
• Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN LIN and FlexRay.
• Knowledge of realtime simulation and modeling techniques including plant models and hardware abstraction layers.
• Experience with hardware integration and testing including signal processing analog and digital circuit design and sensor interfacing.
