Overview:
As an HR Executive you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by implementing and coordinating various HR programs and policies. You will be responsible for recruitment onboarding employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Your contribution will be vital in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
- Assist in performance management processes including evaluations and goalsetting
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Participate in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Support HR reporting and analytics
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Manage employee benefits administration
- Handle HRrelated inquiries and provide timely accurate responses
- Assist with organizational development and change management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles preferably as an HR Assistant or in a similar capacity
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in HR matters
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Experience in conducting employee orientation and training
- Knowledge of performance management systems and techniques
- Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting
- Solid problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Certification in HR management is a plus
- Experience in supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
