Salary: Circa 65000 per annum depending on experience and location
Location: South West or South East based. Hybrid role with frequent travel for client and internal meetings.

What youll be doing
Were looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join us as Head of Employee Relations. The successful role holder will be responsible for leading guiding and developing our growing Employee Relations team whose work includes the application of employment law in a range of workplace scenarios. This includes disciplinary grievance and absence cases policy development TUPE redundancy and defining terms and conditions of employment.
You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional work effectively manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction throughout. As a member of our leadership team you will contribute to and lead the strategic direction and goals of the business taking responsibility for resolving issues and achieving our growth plans.

About you
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with complex disciplinary grievance performance and ill health cases up to and including ET. You will also come with strong experience of organisational business change processes such as TUPE redundancies restructuring and changing terms and conditions of employment.
You will have a proven background of coaching leading and developing a team and you will be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement organisational strategies.
In addition to this you will have the following:
Experience of working within an HR consultancy or client services environment would be advantageous and experience of working as part of a leadership team would be beneficial.
