    Role Overview

    As a Project Manager within our Customer Operations team you will be responsible for overseeing the planning coordination and execution of initiatives aimed to support our customers as they introduce new services or enhance existing ones across various regions and markets. This role demands a problem solving mindset strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams internally and with the customer to ensure successful implementation and adoption of services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create comprehensive Project plans outlining timelines and deliverables for each new customer onboarding or expansion to a new market.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations Customer Success IT Engineering Finance) and customers to ensure alignment and accountability.
    • Monitor Project progress identify and communicate potential risks or obstacles and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiative on track.
    • Document standard and market specific process and technology flows.
    • Be the point person at EVA Global to facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders involved ensuring alignment with overall objectives from presales to the service rollout.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability to drive collective success across all stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations during onboarding providing expertlevel support to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with each customer acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs.
    • Implement processes for efficiently triaging prioritizing and resolving project related issues.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Demonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs.
    • Strong organizational and Project management skills to manage multiple tasks timelines and deliverables across various markets and regions effectively.
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders both internal and external.
    • Strong emobility industry knowledge including broad understanding of CPO and eMSP business use cases.
    • Experience in managing SaaS related projects including thirdparty integrations; knowledge of technical protocols such as OCPP and OCPI is a plus.
    • Good knowledge in agile methodologies for software development preferably with handson experience in Jira and Confluence.
    • Adaptable to tailor strategies and approaches according to marketspecific needs and changes in project requirements.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
