Our school is offering a truly exciting opportunity for a new Deputy Head to join our Senior Leadership Team focusing on raising standards inclusion and behaviour. As an excellent communicator you will inspire confidence among pupils parents and staff leading the provision of standards throughout the school. You will ensure the emotional physical and intellectual wellbeing of all pupils while providing strategic leadership and management.

• Ensuring effective and efficient organization and administration
• Creating a stimulating nurturing and productive learning environment
• Ensuring a broad balanced curriculum underpinned by trust principles

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree
• QTS or QTLS
• Management experience

Salary:

The salary for this Deputy Head position will be on the Leadership Scale ranging from 67000 to 81000.
