Founder Michelle has a background in culinary arts has been doing social media professionally since 2011 for brands big and small. Most of our clients are conscious consumer packaged goods (CPG) – food brands you might buy at Whole Foods Market or Sprouts. For examples of our work please visit

What You Will Do

As the fulltime Creative Operations and Content Manager we are seeking someone who has experience planning for and managing social media for brands loves copywriting and food is detailoriented selfmotivated responsible and an excellent communicator. This is not a creative content creation role. Must be able to work from our space weekly in San Clemente TuesdayThursday. Bonus – it’s across the street from the beach and steps away from a delicious coffee shop!

Responsibilities

  • Write captions for multiple brands shifting between tone and personality as needed.
  • Creation of content shot lists based on trends client calendars best practices and analytics.
  • Support clients with Michelle: Create call agendas build relationships on calls coordinate action items with the GG team and manage email communication.
  • Review content scheduling to ensure it all looks correct.
  • Maintain ongoing allclients todo list to ensure everything gets done as needed.
  • Review monthly analytics and add best practices/optimizations based on individual brand objectives.
  • Review posts daily to ensure all is live and looking good.
  • Assist with additional creativity research and planning as needed.
  • Share ongoing education on trends behaviors and technologies with the GG team and clients.
  • Support content creation by being a lowkey model in content.
  • Be an allhandsondeck team member.
  • Manage our social communities (12 hours/day) on weekends.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience managing social media operations for brands ideally at an agency.
  • Deep familiarity with current social media platforms strategy and analytics.
  • Familiarity with unpaid social media tactics to drive organic engagement and growth.
  • Copywriting and flexibility in tone.
  • Detailoriented to the max.
  • Selfmotivator who is comfortable taking initiative and working in collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working from home and in a casual work environment 13 days/week in San Clemente.
  • Humble attitude with a willingness to learn and to teach.
