Description:

In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in the maintenance and support of our Blackbaud Constituent Relationship Management (Blackbaud CRM) system and its associated applications. Your responsibilities extend to managing data integrations between the Blackbaud CRM system and various other software applications. Success in this position demands a unique blend of technical prowess effective communication skills and a keen understanding of business dynamics. Reporting directly to the Director of IT Business Systems this position holds a key position within our organization.






Requirements:

  • Execute assigned administrative tasks and address AOG staff requests related to Blackbaud CRM and our other applications within our CRM solution (Hivebrite Evertrue Zoho Salesforce Celerant Tableau SQL Blackbaud Internet Solutions (BBIS)).
  • Diagnose and resolve issues concerning Blackbaud CRM other CRMrelated applications and their integrations. Initiate and manage cases with the respective applications support center or thirdparty vendors as needed.
  • Monitor the Blackbaud CRM system various applications automated reports and integrations.
  • Collaborate in gathering requirements from other AOG departments to improve our current CRM solution including integrations. Aid in implementing these changes within our CRM environment.
  • Assist in data mapping between different systems to ensure consistency and accuracy during integration design.
  • Prepare testing environments and contribute to the validation and testing of new Blackbaud CRM service packs releases of other related applications integration changes enhancements and other change controls.
  • Participate in data cleanup in Blackbaud CRM and Hivebrite when necessary.
  • Strong time management organizational decisionmaking and critical thinking skills.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for AOG staff members.

. Assist with IT administrative tasks including maintaining Jira/Confluence instances updating our Change Management Calendar and revising standard operating procedures and departmental documentation.

. Support overall organizational goals and objectives by undertaking assigned tasks.
