They manage project personnel to achieve project objectives and should consistently promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and success. The Project Manager learns from other leaders and demonstrates values aligned with McDermott’s values. They apply a basic understanding of McDermott’s business to improve project cost-effectiveness, apply change management, and improve project margin.
