Job Purpose Summary : Provides support services to Oracle HRMS / IPMD and other HRtechnology systems and applications such as data entry updatessystem data maintenance and system upgrades and testing. Assists inthe provision of accurate and timely HR MISreports Supports payroll compensation andbenefits recruitment salary administration with the provision ofdata on request basis Essential Duties &Responsibilities by Dimensions : A.Shareholder &Financial : • Contibutes inHRMS system maintenance and operationaleffectiveness • Prepares and provides relevantMIS reports covering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) forperformance monitoring of HRDept. • Assists in providing updates onHC project progress and budget. • Assists inmonitoring the HR budget in line with QNB budgetary controlpractices. B. Customer(Internal &External) : Asissts in themaintainance and updating of Organization structure positionhierarchy database and on a needbasis corrects reporting hierarchy issues in thesystem Responds to staff andmanagement requests with regards to HRMS system issues and ensuresrequests are attended. Provides timely and accurateinformation to the external and internal auditors and thecompliance function as and whenrequired by the Senior Manager HRMs andMIS. Actively participates in thedevelopment and implementation of other electronic HR processessuch as OLM iRecruitmentetc. At the instruction of the VP HRMS& MIS works with IT dept to coordinate and monitorsystem development requests. C. Internal (ProcessesProductsRegulatory) : Maintainsaccuracy consistency & security of information withinthe HR systems; reports processfailure errors in order to ensureefficient and smooth human resourcesprocesses. Compiles statisticalinformation and prepares reports related to manpower turnoverpayroll recruiting positionclassification compensation training promotions history positionhistory exit. Provides assistance withHRIS network maintenance by adding or deleting users and retainingsystem security. • Contributes to the HR Deptautomation projects by providing administrativesupport. • Ensures data integrity and accurateMIS reporting • Provides inputs in the analysisand resolution of system problems • Ensuressecurity of the HRMS and MIS systems and data protectionrequirements are complied with and monitored. • Contributes to thedocumentation and implementation of processoptimization. • Reports violation of HR systemsaccess to ensure data integrity and accuracy across various HRsystems • Supports the QNB Intranetportal. • Assists in monitoring HR Projects andprepares project progress reports. • Assists inthe preparation and distributes IPMD progress reports (Mid and EndYr) • Supports HR generalists and specialistswith MIS and business planningdata
