Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PreOwned Sales Manager to lead our preowned sales team and to assist in the growth of the new vehicle sales department offering worldclass luxury oneofakind vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the automotive industry particularly with luxury import vehicles.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of preowned luxury vehicles.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and high customer service standards.
  • Appraise and price preowned inventory based on market trends and dealership guidelines.
  • Ensure the preowned vehicle inventory is wellmaintained and presented to meet the dealership’s high standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers providing a personalized and luxurious buying experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote preowned inventory through various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a highperforming sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of luxury import vehicles and the preowned vehicle market.
  • Proficient in sales analytics and inventory management software.
  • A commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
