- Respond to service down alerts and notifications promptly
- Handling customer queries effectively
- Maintaining & providing constant support to clients as per the given SLAs
- Handling L1 & Phone Support issues
- Handle tickets/live chats efficiently
Requirements
- Candidates with RedHat MCSA Certification/Training or IT background to apply
- Good Communication Skills
