Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Risk Data Steward to join our team. This role requires a proactive resultsoriented professional with a passion for data management and a deep understanding of credit risk analytics. The ideal candidate will inspire through innovative data solutions and contribute to the stability and sustainability of the business by supporting the development implementation and execution of credit risk models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Guidance: Act as an advisor and leader guiding colleagues toward achieving agreedupon goals. You will lead initiatives and projects ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with data management policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with a network of stakeholders involved in ensuring a robust data environment. Collaborate with various departments to align data practices and solutions with business needs.
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement: Address and resolve datarelated issues participate in global and crossfunctional projects to enhance processes and systems. Develop and implement data factory solutions to support the live production environment of credit risk models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Economics Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry preferably within the credit risk domain.
- Proven expertise in data management and familiarity with data management tools such as Collibra.
- Strong IT proficiency with experience working alongside Technical Developers and IT/Solution Architects.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills with proficiency in SQL databases and data warehouses.
- Experience in leading small teams to successfully achieve objectives.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to develop principles for data solutions that comply with the latest policy guidelines particularly in data management and quality.
- Handson experience in executing data processes and controls within a production environment.
- Strong ability to document processes clearly and present solutions effectively.
