About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant to join our SAP S/4 HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical and functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA EWM business processes and system architecture. This role involves handson work including fixing defects handling incidents and managing change requests. The consultant will also be responsible for creating functional specification documents adhering to SLAs and optimizing performance to ensure the best practices are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues manage incidents and effectively handle change requests in alignment with set SLAs and priorities.
  
• Develop and review functional specification documents to ensure clear and effective solutions to business requirements.
  
• Engage in performance reviews and optimizations to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  
• Work closely with global teams across multiple time zones managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  
• Ensure compliance with incident management and change management processes committed to highquality delivery.
  

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in technical and functional aspects of SAP S/4 HANA EWM including system architecture and business processes.
  
• Experienced in support projects with a solid understanding of SLAs incident and change management processes.
  
• Indepth knowledge of EWM functionalities such as centralized and decentralized warehouse management subcontracting processes stock transport orders inbound/outbound/internal processes RF integration and more.
  
• Expertise in SAP EWM systems identifying and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
  
• Familiarity with integration of EWM with other SAP modules (MM PP SD LE QM TM) and thirdparty systems using EDI and IDOCs.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects and uptodate with SAP innovations.
  
• SAP S/4 HANA certification is a plus.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  
• Proficient in working with ServiceNow Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 68 years of experience in a similar role ideally within a consulting or enterprise environment.
