Associate Attorney

Are you a midlevel attorney with 36 years of experience seeking an opportunity to join a dynamic legal team A midsize law firm seeks a midlevel associate to join our Nonprofit and Association practice.

This position offers flexibility in location and may be based in any of the following offices: Baltimore or Columbia Maryland; Falls Church or Richmond Virginia; Lexington Kentucky; Pittsburgh Pennsylvania; Washington DC; or Wilmington Delaware.

We are seeking candidates with legal experience in representing taxexempt organizations although this is not mandatory. Additional expertise in contracts governance corporate structures component/affiliate relations licensing membership programs and lobbying compliance/reporting is considered a plus.

Qualified candidates should be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of their office location and law firm experience is preferred.
