Peninsulabased client is seeking a temporary AP Specialist to assist with the accounts payable accounting needs of the company. This is a fully onsite opportunity with an hourly pay rate between $2732. For further information regarding this position please attach your resume.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Accurately process vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships
- Reconcile vendor statements POs and invoices as needed
- Accurately prepare journal entries for all accrued expenses
- Assist with the month/quarter/yearend processes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fastpaced environment
- Experience using Workday required
- Experience in working with highvolume invoices/POs highly preferred
- Experience with 3way matching required
- Experience using Excel (entry to midlevel)
