Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Specialist. As an Online Chat Support Specialist you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues assisting with product inquiries and providing general support via our online chat platform.


Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.

Serve as a product expert by understanding the features and benefits of S4GA products.

Provide guidance and training to customers on how to use our products effectively.

Work closely with the sales team to identify and escalate any potential issues.

Collaborate with the development team to gather and communicate feedback from customers.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Continuously strive to improve our customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience preferably in an online chat support role.

Strong technical skills and knowledge of airfield lighting systems is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Proactive problem solver with excellent analytical skills.

A customercentric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
