Position: Sourcing Manager
Exp: 58 Years
CTC: 610 LPA
Location: Bangalore


JD:Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting sourcing screening interviewing andselection.
  • Ability to handle the team of recruiters
  • Collaborate with regional managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions andspecifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking events andprofessional associations.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Lead the negotiation and offer process ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages forselected candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with staffing software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).


Requirements

Required skills
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role ideally within a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

  • High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality.


- Oversee all aspects of security operations, growth, business expansions and ensure efficient functioning of the department. - Develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company's vision & set target - Monitor and optimize operational processes to maximize productivity, profitability and manage overall P&L function for the department. - Lead and manage a diverse team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices - Analyze operational data and prepare reports to demonstrate key performance indicators - Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction - Stay updated with industry trends and participate in professional development activities
