Job Description

Quality Assurance / Quality Control Specialist Medical Implants

Responsibilities:
  • Independently coordinate and execute multiple quality assurance tasks including:
  • Quality assurance inspections
  • Interim controls
  • Incoming goods inspections
  • Utilize optical measuring devices and highquality testing and measuring equipment to inspect our implants meticulously.
  • Partner with colleagues to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct final quality assurance inspections for medical implants.
  • Inspect and document medical implants according to our established quality management system (QMS) procedures.
  • Use Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for data collection and documentation.
  • Perform all other duties necessary to support quality assurance and control operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles inspection techniques and relevant industry standards.
  • Experience using optical measuring devices and other quality control equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail a proactive approach and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings inspection plans and work instructions.
  • Proficient in PC operation and familiar with quality management software (QMS) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
