Our client a world leader in the semiconductor industry is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer 4 .
Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer 4
Shift Hours: 9 AM 5 PM
Job Duration: Longterm Contract on W2 (Onsite)
Location: Milpitas CA

Responsibilities:
- Design build prototype testing the next generation broad band plasma (BBP) Wafer inspection optomechanical assemblies
- Collaborated development with core suppliers
- Sustain current broad band plasma (BBP) product lines with manufacturing division
- Work with system optical electrical and software engineer to derive the subsystem requirements and conduct design reviews
- Precision mechanism development: actuator selection tolerance analysis lifetime evaluation optics mounting alignment & adjustment design etc
- Qualify and release the mechanism design provide support for onsite manufacturing
Skills & Experience:
- 710 years industry experience
- CAE: thermal & structural simulation (ANSYS experience preferred)
- CAD Modeling: Creo/ProEngineer experience preferred
