Be the driving force behind our peoples success! As a Human Resource Generalist at Benore Logistic Systems Inc. youll play a pivotal role in shaping our companys most valuable asset our workforce. This multifaceted role demands a high level of confidentiality and a passion for nurturing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion HR initiatives across compensation benefits performance management and employee engagement
- Administer policies training and surveys to uphold compliance and support organizational strategy
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers on personnel matters disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze trends strategize talent acquisition and retention
- Oversee leave management safety protocols and community outreach programs
