Digital Product Manager

1. Maintain and update product data in relevant systems.
   
2. Ensure data accuracy and corrections in all systems including website ERP and POS.
   
3. Maintain and update company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
   
4. Collaborate with IT and web development teams to optimize the ecommerce platform for performance user experience and functionality.
   
5. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure timely posting of campaigns.
   
6. Act as a liaison between the organization and implementation partners.
   
7. Proactively test software from a user perspective identify and address bugs and suggest additional features for improvement.
   
   

1. Possess considerable experience in utilizing both WordPress and WooCommerce platforms.
   
2. Proficient in utilizing the Zoho suite of applications..

1. Fluency in English with excellent data analysis skills proficiency in Excel.
   
2. Strong aptitude for technology and operational processes.
   
3. Ability to take 100% responsibility and accountability for work.
   
4. Exceptional memory recall and retention abilities.
