Shift: Swing shift alternates one week 7am3pm and the next week 3pm11pm

MustHaves

  1. Participates in proactive maintenance activities such as FMEAs RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) Analytical Troubleshooting (ATS).
  2. Technically skilled to Maintain mechanical pneumatic hydraulic piping electrical and robotic equipment. This includes a strong understanding of lubrication principles and ensuring the proper lubrication is applied to equipment.
  3. Technically skilled to Troubleshoot mechanical pneumatic hydraulic piping electrical and robotic equipment.
  4. Technically skilled to Repair mechanical pneumatic hydraulic piping electrical and robotic equipment.
  5. Technically skilled to Precision Install mechanical pneumatic hydraulic piping electrical and robotic equipment utilizing OEM specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain auxiliary equipment as needed for production.
  • Repair utility and facilityrelated equipment under the Plant Engineers direction.
  • Assist and train other maintenance personnel in repairs PMs and rebuilds.
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to proactively resolve issues.
  • Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage small projects for equipment maintenance or upgrades.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with Clients quality and safety policies.

Were interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Have experience in troubleshooting repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment in an industrial or military environment.
  • Possess experience with PLC troubleshooting industrial and motor controls (preferred).
  • Are comfortable with mechanical lifts ladders kneeling bending twisting and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Can work independently manage multiple tasks and are open to offshift positions with rotating shifts including weekends and overtime.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks in behavior equipment and processes.
  • Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns.
  • Quickly and safely troubleshoot equipment issues communicating corrective actions effectively.
  • Document work thoroughly for future analysis and reference.
  • Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards in personal work areas.
  • Utilize appropriate tools for each job and avoid using damaged tools.
  • Perform precision welding as required.
  • Operate shop tools such as lathes drills and milling machines proficiently.
  • Interpret mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and electrical schematics.
  • Maintain troubleshoot repair and improve reliability of mechanical pneumatic hydraulic electrical and robotic equipment.
  • Precision install equipment according to OEM specifications.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for equipment improvement and optimization.
  • Understand overall equipment function and apply it to maintenance repair and troubleshooting.
  • Develop modify troubleshoot and install PLC programs.
  • Install troubleshoot and repair AC and DC drives/motors.
  • Fabricate and install various electrical piping pneumatic and mechanical components.
Reporting to the Plant Engineer the Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for achieving the highest level of reliability for plant equipment through performing tasks required to maintain equipment in Like New condition and minimize downtime. This individual will use advanced training and knowledge to perform equipment/process/system maintenance troubleshoot equipment make repairs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualified candidates must possess the ability to promote to higher maintenance positions promote invoke and implement change where needed. Must have strong communication and troubleshooting skills as well as proactive maintenance and reliability thought process.
Preferred candidates will have an Associate degree in Mechatronics Industrial Maintenance or related training in a technical field. Additionally the preferred candidate will have 4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience OR 4 years of military experience in a technical work field.
