Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Designing developing and testing ABAP programs to enhance SAP functionality.
• Customizing SAP reports interfaces and forms using ABAP programming.
• Optimizing and debugging existing ABAP code to improve performance and efficiency.
• Performing data conversions and managing data using ABAP data dictionary.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to SAP applications.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules.
• Documenting technical specifications user guides and test cases.
• Keeping abreast of SAP technologies and best practices to suggest improvements.
• Participating in SAP system upgrades enhancements and rollouts.
• Adhering to software development standards and following change management processes.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding guidelines.
• Training endusers and providing postimplementation support.
• Participating in requirement gathering and analysis for new developments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant or relevant role.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language and development tools.
• Experience in developing and customizing SAP reports interfaces and forms.
• Strong understanding of SAP data dictionary and data management techniques.
• Proficiency in performance tuning debugging and error handling in SAP ABAP.
• Ability to work on SAP implementation projects and support activities.
• Good understanding of SAP functional modules and integration points.
• Good Experince in S4hana
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications in SAP ABAP development will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Familiarity with SAP best practices and coding standards.
