Lead - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyses requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and build marketing automation journeys including email campaigns customer journeys and personalized experiences.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities such as Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio and Audience Builder.
• Develop and maintain custom AMP script and SQL queries for data manipulation and personalization.
• Lead integration efforts between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems such as CRM platforms data warehouses and thirdparty applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are implemented efficiently.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and IT to ensure alignment of marketing automation initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features releases and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations integrations and automation processes.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
• Have performed IP whitelisting
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with demonstrated expertise in configuration customization and implementation.
• Proficiency in AMP script SQL and other scripting languages used in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
