What you will do:

• You manage the recruitment process for a broad range of positions in our various teams always striving for a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• You drive projects connected to employer branding to build and develop our brand and reputation as an employer of choice
• You take endtoend ownership by writing job postings participating in briefing calls active sourcing firstround interviews candidate selection and offer negotiation
• You track accurate talent acquisition metrics and provide regular reporting
• You support your peers and other colleagues in all recruiting topics e.g. by providing guidance and training on our Applicant Tracking System
• You constantly look for potential ways how to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our companies

Who you are:

• You have 5 of experience in recruiting for different positions and hierarchical levels thereof at least 2 years of experience in recruiting for tech and business positions
• You have strong communication skills and fluent English and German skills
• You have handson experience building strong employer branding
• You are experienced in active sourcing via different channels
• You can build good relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• You have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are KPIdriven and resultoriented
• You take datadriven decisions
• You have social media and networking affinity and stay up to date with the latest trends in talent attraction
• You are a team player show proactivity and are eager to learn something new every day
• You are proficient in using Google Workspace or any other mail & collaboration tools
