Asst Manager - material Engineering Company

*Track the demand / supply gaps and dynamics of all kinds of raw materials and monitor the price trends in order to keep cost under minimum pressure for the organization

*Ensure that inventory levels are maintained within stipulated levels and there are no stockouts or loss in productivity due to lack of materials

*Finalize material buying through active liaison with major suppliers

*Liaison with customhouse agents / customs authority DGFT shipping companies and transporters for smoother clearance of imported material

*Monthly planning timely releasing Purchase Orders ensuring that all entries in POs are accurate and scheduling & monitoring the supplies.

*To interact with Production and Stores for uninterrupted supply of all kinds of raw material

*Regular follow up with suppliers for on time receipt of material

*Initiating and monitoring new supplier development

*Coordinating with Quality Team and supplier for in case of rejected material and taking necessary actions.

*Good commercial focus; working with cost constraints
