Experience in using Dynatrace for Troubleshooting

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform quarterly patching (WL PSU Tomcat on AIX and RHEL)

Track and manage old versions of software

Ongoing tuning of alerts and monitors

Support Tomcat WebLogic and Tuxedo INCs

Document process analysis and solution documentation via Confluence

Accurately interpret document and deliver customer requirements

Platform oncall rotation to support application teams

Strong drive for Platform team and customer success
