Typhoon Simulator Instructor Pilot

The Simulator Instructor Pilot will be responsible for the delivery of ground based pilot training on the Typhoon to QEAF personnel. They will utilize the classroom Mission Training Simulators and teaching devices to train QEAF Instructor and student Pilots. In the synthetic devices they will also provide currency training for and assessment of qualified Typhoon pilots.

Requirements

Utilise the aircraft Mission Training Simulators and teaching devices to provide ground based pilot training at the training centre and on the Squadron.

To maintain knowledge of current aircraft operations the aircraft and weapons configuration as capability is introduced or enhanced.

Indepth knowledge of the Customer operation and flying programme.

Indepth knowledge of the process through which BAE Systems will safely operate the aircraft

Be a qualified aircrew instructor in both academic and operation of the training devices.
