Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a Senior Interior Designer/Stager at Alt Interiors you will play a key role in leading and managing the design process for our diverse portfolio of projects. You will collaborate closely with clients architects contractors and vendors to create sophisticated interiors and expertly staged spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and development of design schemes for residential and commercial projects ensuring alignment with client preferences project requirements and budget constraints.

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the design process including space planning material selection furniture sourcing and procurement. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Client Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their vision goals and objectives. Provide exceptional customer service by offering tailored design solutions managing expectations and addressing client feedback and concerns in a timely manner.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers and interns providing direction feedback and support throughout the design process. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity innovation and professional growth.

Staging Execution: Manage staging projects from initial consultation to installation ensuring each space is curated to appeal to target buyers or tenants. Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to showcase properties in the best possible light and maximize their marketability.

Industry Research: Stay abreast of emerging design trends technologies and best practices to inform and enhance the quality and relevance of our design solutions. Integrate innovative ideas and techniques into projects to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and staging with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and Revit.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements.
  
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers.
  
• Knowledge of local building codes regulations and permitting processes.
