We are looking for a strategic and resultsoriented Senior Accounts Manager (Financial Controller) to join our leadership team in Goa. Youll be the architect of our financial health ensuring accurate reporting driving growth through insightful projections and overseeing all aspects of financial control.
Who should apply
If you have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or you re a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold equivalent experience of 35 years in a similar role and an overall experience of 57 years in accounts management.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in managing all aspects of the financial accounting cycle (Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Cash Flow Management Fixed Asset Management General Ledger Maintenance payroll etc.).
Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Companys Financial Health: Oversee all financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy timeliness compliance and risk mitigation.
Drive Growth Through Revenue Projections: Identify key sales categories and develop insightful revenue projections for different timeframes (year quarter).
Forecast for Success: Prepare comprehensive financial statements forecasts and budgets to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Financial Efficiency Champion: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance.
Overseeing Partnerships (good to have): Leverage your experience to develop strategic partnerships with insurance vendors and banks to offer financing solutions to our customers.
Overseeing Procurement (good to have): Oversee the procurement process to ensure costeffectiveness and optimize supplier relationships.
Job Specifications:
Technical Skills: Zoho Suite (CRM & Sales Analytics) is mandatory Calendar Management MS Office/Google Suite.
Soft Skills: Communication (English Hindi Gujarati preferred) Documentation & Presentation Strategy Building Teamwork Organization & Analysis Time Management & Multitasking Learning & Articulation Customer Service Attention to Detail.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (CA or equivalent preferred)
