Overview:
We are seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Case Management modules. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing configuring and maintaining ServiceNow applications to improve our business processes and service delivery. Experience in in PreAdmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) would be a plus. The role requires someone who is not only technically proficient but also a great communicator and a team player ready to collaborate to find the best solutions for our customers and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow CSM solutions that meet business requirements and enhance customer service experience.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and develop ServiceNow workflows to automate processes.
- Configure user interfaces create new forms fields scripts and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow development including detailed design documents and configuration notes.
- Provide technical guidance and training to other team members and endusers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay uptodate with ServiceNow updates and new features
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in ServiceNow development preferably with a strong emphasis on CSM and Case Management modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Experience in implementing customizing and integrating ServiceNow applications.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certifications with a focus on CSM and/or Case Management.
- Experience or certification in PASRRrelated processes and workflows.
