Supplier Quality Engineer

Job description

Required Skills:

• Supplier Quality Audit Customer or internal complaints on part quality issues and project management
• Knowledge of MSA SPC FMEA and GD & T
• Review and analyze supplier SCAR and 8D methodology and root cause corrective action effectiveness
• Drive the supplier technical application and development of failure analysis with customer
• Outsourcing Supplier Quality Management
• Incoming Quality Inspection MRB and Control of Nonconforming parts process
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
• Knowledge of Quality Management System ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001 and Social Management requirements
• Failure Analysis skill of understanding : SEM EDX FTIR GCMS CSAM Curve Tracing analysis Cross section and etc.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of working experience in related field
• Candidate must at least Post Diploma Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Material Science Engineering
