Role and responsibilities:
- As a Mobile Lead youll be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers guiding them through the development process and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Should have a deep understanding of mobile development technologies and frameworks including React Native iOS (Swift/ObjectiveC) and/or Android (Java/Kotlin MVVM architecture).
- Design the architecture of mobile applications considering factors like scalability security and performance.
- Conducting code reviews to ensure that coding standards are met and best practices are followed. Additionally youll oversee the implementation of testing strategies to maintain the quality and reliability of mobile applications.
- Working closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to gather requirements define project scopes and prioritize features. Effective communication skills are essential for conveying technical concepts to nontechnical team members.
- Should have good knowledge in project debugging.
- Should have experience in Git or SVN.
- Experience of app uploading to Play Store and App Store.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the mobile development team helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
Overall the Mobile Lead plays a crucial role in driving the success of mobile development projects within an organization balancing technical expertise with leadership and project management skills.
