Due to growth within our team and the opening of a new group living home Homea for Support is recruiting. If you have the interest and ability to develop independence skills in young people can drive and have the right to work in the UK apply to join our team

    Responsibilities of Supported Living Mentor:

    To enable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team you will dedicate your timeto guiding care experienced young people and unaccompanied asylum seekers (UASCs) to:

    • Access to safe and supportive educational and leisure activities
    • Development of life skills including building and sustaining positive relationships and independence skills such as budgeting shopping and cooking

    You will:

    • Conduct daily care visits tolooked after children (LAC) living in a group environment ensuring the Home is clean hygienic and wellequipped
    • Represent Homes for Support and advocate for children in our partnership with professionals

    Benefits & Salary:

    • Salary range: 27000.00 to 40932.00 (depending on the working pattern and professional qualifications)

      • 2 dayswork 4 days off work (10 shifts per month 150 hours per month and 14 days annual leave)
      • 3 days work 3 days off work (15 shifts per month 228 hours per month and 21 days annual leave)

    We are a strong and wellstructured team of care professionals providing residential care to young people ages 16 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities. To give you the best possible experience as a team member our semiindependent group and sololiving Homes are close to our Head Office and inhouse Training venue in Crewe Cheshire.
