- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about the services offered
- Processing customer orders and ensuring they are fulfilled accurately and promptly
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining customer records and updating contact information as needed
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of veterinary industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish language
