YOUR MISSION

The IKONO Content & Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media presence through strategic planning content creation and crossfunctional teamwork. You will be responsible for setting our global and local content and social strategy understanding market trends and executing social posting and content planning across various platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and company objectives (OKRs).
• Oversee daytoday management of campaigns to facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels and the blog.
• Supervise and mentor a team of regional Community Managers providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with overarching brand goals.
• Generate edit publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text photos videos news blog posts...) that resonates with our target audience and drives interaction and conversion.
• Actively seek out and collaborate with influencers across diverse platforms fostering meaningful partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and manage the companys brand reputation across social media platforms (SoMe) and Google Reviews.
• Suggest and implement new features to grow followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram TikTok X Facebook Pinterest YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media blogging design tools and applications.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media & blog performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Establish efficient workflows and processes for content creation review and publishing ensuring timely delivery and highquality output.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
• 5 years of proven handson experience in social media management with a track record of successfully growing brands driving ROI and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams particularly in a multicultural and multilingual environment with a focus on overseeing community managers based in various countries
• Indepth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok etc.) and their respective best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools analytics platforms and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of SEO keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Fluency in English (minimum level C1 required)
