Leading customer experience company seeks a passionate Car Rental Service Agent to join our dynamic team in beautiful Athens! In this onsite role youll be the friendly face for our German and Englishspeaking customers providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth car rental experience.

What Youll Do:
- Be the friendly face for our German and Englishspeaking customers answering questions and resolving inquiries via calls chats and emails.
- Assist customers with every aspect of their car rental experience from reservations to returns.
- Troubleshoot issues with a positive and upbeat attitude ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems and find solutions.
Who You Are:
- Native or fluent speaker of German (C2 level)
- Strong English language skills (B1 level minimum)
- High school diploma or higher education (preferred)
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a customerfacing role is a plus (hospitality or car rental experience ideal)
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service with a positive and helpful attitude
- Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new systems
