Job Title: HR Director Food Manufacturing

Location: Flexible

As we continue to expand our operations we are seeking a talented HR Director to lead our human resources team and support our dynamic workforce.

Position Overview:As the HR Director you will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources management across our food manufacturing facilities. This includes overseeing recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Director in a 24hour facility fluency in both English and Spanish and a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs to support the companys goals and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent in a competitive market.
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and investigations fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and career development planning.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills knowledge and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team fostering a culture of collaboration professionalism and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; SHRM certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Director in a 24hour manufacturing facility preferably in the food industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
