Senior Payroll Specialist

Description:

The Senior Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll processing for US and Canadian operations serve as a Workday subject matter expert drive process improvements conduct audits for compliance and handle confidential information.

1. Must have experience with payroll mapping testing pay codes and payroll processes experience
2. experience with evaluating Workday business processes for payroll.
3. They should be a subject matter expert with troubleshooting and addressing issues with Workday connectivity and interface issues related to payroll

Note: This is a remote position can reside in EST or CST timezones

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred majors include business administration accounting and management information systems. and nbsp;

• 3 year experience with Workday HCM and nbsp;

• 1 years supporting Workday Payroll and nbsp;

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp a general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies. and nbsp;

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and nbsp;

• Ability to effectively organize and structure activities. and nbsp;

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications: and nbsp;

• 5 years experience and nbsp;

• Strong Workday business knowledge in HR processes and policies including but not limited to: Benefits Compensation and Reporting and nbsp;

• Kronos experience and nbsp; and nbsp;

• ADP experience and nbsp;

and nbsp;

Preferred Certifications: CPP or PCP and nbsp;
