Food Service Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit growth for key Foodservice segment customers.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle including market analysis sales forecasting and customer business reviews.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and brokers ensuring effective negotiations and sales practices.
• Represent the company at trade events providing product and market expertise.
• Lead business development initiatives including cold calling and prospecting for new clients.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Foodservice Sales.
• Established relationships within the Foodservice Segment including both distributors and operators.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics for decisionmaking.
• Demonstrated leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with imported food products is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Great Plains and Adobe Suite software.
• Resultsoriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills focusing on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to establish direct relationships with national accounts and operators.
