Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development: Cultivate a collaborative and highperforming sales team environment. Coach mentor and provide feedback to Account Sales Executives fostering their professional growth and aligning their efforts with individual and company goals.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruiting and Training: Identify recruit and onboard new talent ensuring they are aligned with our companys mission and values. Develop and facilitate ongoing training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Performance Management: Set clear team and individual goals monitor performance and conduct regular reviews. Recognize achievements and address underperformance with constructive solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure the team maintains strong longlasting client relationships through exceptional service and support. Lead by example in exceeding client expectations.
