Our client is a corporate banking subsidiary of a foreign European bank based in Paris renowned for its efficiency in mergers and acquisitions operations and fundraising for SMEs and midcap companies. Whether its acquisitions for external growth or diversification debt financing or equity investment as well as successions or divestitures involving family or industrial players.

As part of its expansion our client seeks to strengthen its leadership team with an Head of Corporate Banking advisory with a successful track record in M&A a strong understanding of SMEs in France and great skills to manage a team of Corporate Bankers.

We are looking for a dealmaker profile focused on originating mandates and leading projects with 10 years of experience.
