Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP/PI (Production Planning and Process Industries) Consultant with extensive experience in the process industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP PP/PI modules and a proven track record of implementing solutions in process manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP PP/PI solutions.
• Configure customize and optimize SAP PP/PI modules to meet business needs ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead and participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects including design configuration testing and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP PP/PI functionality and its integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) QM (Quality Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications process flows and training materials.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PP/PI modules.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous optimization of SAP solutions.
• Stay updated on SAP PP/PI advancements new features and industry trends and recommend relevant enhancements to improve business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of handson experience in SAP PP/PI implementation and support.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP PP/PI functionalities including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) production planning batch management recipe management and shop floor execution.
• Strong understanding of process manufacturing industries such as chemicals pharmaceuticals food and beverage or consumer goods.
• Experience in integrating SAP PP/PI with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• SAP certification in PP/PI is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
