Job Description
- Job Description: The Workforce Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workforce planning including forecasting scheduling and realtime monitoring to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficiency.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet operational goals and objectives
- Forecast staffing needs based on historical data trends and business projections
- Create and maintain scheduling processes to ensure adequate coverage while maximizing productivity
- Monitor realtime performance data and make adjustments as needed to optimize workforce utilization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workforce issues and challenges
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning improvements
- Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in workforce management with a focus on planning and scheduling
- Proficient in WFM tools and software
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Desired Experience: 520 years of experience in workforce planning and management
- Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Type: Monthly
- Currency: Rand (R South Africa)
- Minimum Salary: 30000 Rand Maximum Salary: 70000 Rand (dependant on current salary)
- Fulltime position with competitive benefits package
