Graphic Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create captivating designs for various marketing materials such as brochures banners social media graphics and advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and produce compelling visual solutions
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and maintain high design standards
• Utilize graphic design software and tools to develop innovative designs
• Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling through infographics and presentations
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design projects
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a visual content library
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for specialized design needs
• Perform design quality assurance to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
• Provide support for video editing and motion graphics when necessary
• Contribute to the development of design templates and style guides

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Demonstrable experience in graphic design or a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Solid understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
• Ability to translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Excellent knowledge of design principles and best practices
• Good understanding of print and digital design requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in design work
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a passion for design innovation
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and web design principles is an advantage
