Salary:30000 per annum plus bonus

Role objective:

To at all times ensure the smooth running of the gym operations and member experience. To provide a firstclass service unrivalled by any of our local competitors along with managing an exceptional personal training and class instructor team. This will be done through overseeing and developing the knowledge and motivation of the team with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the gym operations team to ensure a highquality member experience
• Manage all aspects of rotas staff training and health & safety requirements within the department
• Deliver fitness classes as part of our weekly class timetable
• Contribute to the sales and marketing activity for the department to ensure sales and revenue targets are met
• Control costs to maximise the profitability of the gym
• Manage the Personal Trainers and Class Instructors
• Have a passion for the fitness industry with the desire to grow the fitness offering at the club
• Undertake duty manager responsibilities as part of the Senior Management team at the club
• Actively promote and enhance the reputation of the club at every opportunity
