Digital Marketing Strategist

What youll be doing with us:

Project Oversight

  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of key projects across organic and paid channels.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between the organic and paid teams to maximize synergies and deliver integrated campaigns.

Digital Marketing Media Planning

  • Analysing clients business goals and helping to shape this into a clearly defined crosschannel action plan working with the channel teams to achieve key targets.
  • Regularly check in on overall crosschannel performance to ensure we are getting the best results for the clients making recommendations to improve or refine as needed.

Strategic Connector

  • Act as a bridge between the organic and paid teams fostering collaboration and sharing insights to enhance overall campaign performance.
  • Facilitate regular communication and knowledgesharing sessions to strengthen the integration of both channels.

Business Development

  • Lead business development initiatives contributing to the creation of winning pitches and proposals for potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities staying abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Work closely with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify upselling & crossselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly solicit feedback from the clients and keep track of overall NPS scores

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery across both organic and paid digital marketing channels.
  • Readiness to work handson supporting the organic and paid teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a highperforming team.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and pitching to potential clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend valuable and actionable insights.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on delivering to a high standard.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Previous experience working in a fastpaced environment required within a digital marketing agency is a strong plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • Min 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on both organic and paid channels.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • English C2 level additional languages will be a plus.
